Overview 

Spot A Date is currently in an early launch phase. As such, our app is likely to change frequently and we do not currently provide a detailed guide on its use. 

Requesting support 

If you need help with any aspect of the app, you can email us at hello@spotadate.com - we hope to add in app support at a later date. 

Feedback 

We need your feedback in order to improve our app. With each significant iteration, we’ll increase the geographic area in which the app is available. Please keep an eye on the app description in the app stores to see the latest updates. We need feedback for the following: 

Bugs - Please email us a description of the bug and your phone model. Screenshots are very helpful, as is as much detail as you can provide. We’ll aim to fix bugs as quickly as we can and notify you. 

Experience - Please email us with how you found using the design and features. Please include as much detail as you can to help us make things better. We are a small new business so please be kind! 

Feature requests - If there are features you would like us to add, please let us know. Our mission is to focus on getting people to have dates in venues, so our priority will always be around that. We may not respond to feature requests but they will all be discussed and some will be added to our future plans.
